Swagbucks 101
I purchased an ESV Study Bible off of Amazon.com that was $47 for only $2! Yep, I only paid $2 out of my pocket for this Bible! How did I do it? I used SWAGBUCKS!
Swagbucks is an incredible resource that everyone needs to take advantage of. It is a search engine that you sign up to use. When you search for things (Just like you would with google or yahoo) it will generate some "bucks." It may be in 2 bucks, 5 bucks, 7 bucks, 10 bucks, etc. It is random, but most days I get round 5 "sets" of bucks. For example:
In the morning I searched "facebook" (instead of typing in facebook.com in the address bar) and it may give me 7 Swagbucks! I may do several searched after that and not get any swagbucks. But in the afternoon I searched "GMail" and it may give me 13 swagbucks.
But what are swagbucks actually good for? Good Question! You can cash them in for TONS of prizes (shirts, music, etc) or you can cash them in for GIFT CARDS! This is what I do. For a $5 Amazon gift card you need to have 450 Swagbucks. I build up my swagbucks until I have enough to cash in for a few Amazon Gift Cards. Swagbucks gives you the gift card code and you can go online and purchase anything you want from Amazon using that code! It is perfect! My goal is to save up all of my swagbucks and get Amazon gift cards and use them for Christmas gifts!
There are other ways to get swagbucks. They have a lot of special offers that you can sign up for and receive large sums of swagbucks. You can also send in old cell phone and receive swag bucks. Or, my favorite is to refer people: If people sign up under your name then you get swagbucks when they get swagbucks!

Playing Together!
Whoo! Two posts in one week!!! :)
We have tried to rearrage our playroom to encourage more sharing and generosity skills :) we cleared our A LOT of toys and implemented the "bucket" system. (play with one bucket/toy at a time ) So far things have been going good and we have eliminated some "hoarding" behavior.
I know from this video it doesn't look like the playroom is cleared, but it is :)
Mike and I were getting ready yesterday morning, and the boys were playing so nicely in the playroom together. I just think this video is precious!

Summer 2010
Yes, we know! Mom hasn't been updating the blog lately. But you do know that she is rather busy!
Well, don't act so surpised Jeremiah! We both know that mom spends 99.9% of her time with us!
