Chuckle...
Michael laughed today.
For the first time.
A full-blown giggle.
It was precious.
Both boys are laughing now.
Wow.

Happy One Year Birthday to Michael and Jeremiah!!!
Happy Birthday to You!
Happy Birthday to You!
God formed you last year,
Happy Birthday to You!
The boys might not have been actually in this world for a year yet, but last year the Sovereign Lord saw it fit to begin two little lives within my womb - Michael Dean and Jeremiah Haddon - and how thankful we are that he chose us to be their mom and dad!
We love you boys!

Our week with Eric and Malissa
Yesterday we got several fun surprises! Mike's parents took a trip to Lyons to see his Aunt and Uncle so they all four stopped by to see us. It was nice to see Uncle Jack and Aunt Lucy (We haven't seen them since our graduation.)
Then Malissa's mom and dad, Mark and Mona made a surprise 4 hour trip to come see the boys (and everyone else as well!) They haven't met the boys yet, so it was a lot of fun watching them love on the boys!
The boys have been doing a few new things! Jeremiah learned how to "Whine". I don't think he is intentionally whining, I just think that he found out that he can make a new noise and so he does it all the time. Both of the boys are able to bear their weight on their legs more. They are both getting so big and strong! It is such a joy being their mom - I love it!
Here are a few pictures from the week. I didn't really take any with my camera, but Malissa took a lot on their iphone so we were able to get some for the blog. At the end is a video of the boys dancing - so make sure you watch it!
Both Grandmothers with the boys
"Uncle" Mark and "Aunt" Mona with the boys. (Malissa's parents)
What are you guys looking at?
Here is a video of Mike and Malissa dancing with the boys. You have to watch until the end for the "landing." I turned the camera mid-way through, so it is sideways for some of the video - sorry.
