Some may say that it is a buff man who grunts and can lift up something heavy with one arm in a muscle tee!
I beg to differ.
A Macho Man is one who loves the Lord. One who loves his wife. One who loves his children. A man the desires to spend time with his family and is excited about his family. That is what it means to be Macho.
And he is also a buff man who can lift something heavy with one arm - just sayin' :)
