We went to the doctor today and I am still very much pregnant! I am still 4cm dilated and I am now 90% effaced. She said that is good progress and that it means that once labor as started, there is no stopping it! She also said that it should make my labor go by faster, since I am progressing well. I go back on Monday if I haven't already delivered. Dr. Nett told us it could be any day now. So, that is exciting!
We haven't felt the boys move much at all today so I mentioned that to her and she had us hooked up to the monitor to check their heartrates and movement. Both boys are moving, they have just found themselves in different positions. It seems that Jeremiah has centered himself over Michael and Michael is kicking Jeremiah and Jeremiah is kicking my back. They already are two completely different boys. They monitored the boys one at a time instead of at the same time and Michael is so laid back - he moved how much he should've but he wasn't very active. Once they hooked Jeremiah up the little guy squirmed the WHOLE time! He does not like having that monitor on top of him!
I lost 4 pounds which makes my new total weight gain at TWENTY pounds! And because the boys moved positions I am only measuring 40 weeks. I am thankful that it seems like all of my weight is all baby. When we found out we were having twins I was sure that I was going to get as big as a cow!
Well, I will keep you guys updates - hopefully I will post some pics of two little men soon!

Yay, glad to hear you are progressing, but also glad they get at least another couple of days to continue to mature! Hang in there, it won't be long now! :)
WOW! It's THAT close. The minute-by-minute reality for you guys must be overwhelming at times.
Now on to the next phase, being able to look, touch and feel them.
Thanks for sharing via blog these many months. It's made it so special for us.
