we had a doctors appointment today and I am still very much pregnant. We have, however, progressed. I am now 5cm dilated and I am still 90% effaced. She had a contemplating look on her face on whether or not to send me to the hospital - but she still wants to try to keep them in as long as possible. She referred to me as a "volcano" that can blow at any time. She said that normal first time pregnancies do not walk around 4-5 cm for long - but then she commented that there is nothing "normal" about my body - which is true! :)
So, hopefully we will be having babies within the next day or so - but we have also been saying that for 9 days now.
As far as me and the boys everything is going well otherwise. Their heartbeats were great and I am measuring 46 weeks now. I have lost ANOTHER pound which brings my total weight gain to 19 POUNDS! I promise I am eating and eating - just not gaining weight.
She did say that if I was still pregnant by 37 weeks (which she agreed was not really likely), but that she would induce me since I had the steroid shots - so that means that Eric and Malissa would be here and could see the babies. Before I was dilated I was afraid that they would come and I would still be pregnant - not likely now!
Well - hopefully we will be posting baby pictures soon!

i told my mom you were 4 cm and she said she was 4cm for a loooong time before were were born!! (and she had a c-section!)AHHH.

Enough, already. Quit teasing us and have those babies!
